    Hi
    I am suddenly seeing an error on this page:
    ony the header is loading. The portfolio grid and rest of the elements are not loading.
    I have not done anything to this page recently – it should look like the danish version, which is fine.
    when I try to edit the page, I get a waiting wheel……….
    ?
    can you see what’s wrong or how I can edit it?
    kind of urgent!

    Have you tried disabling all third-party plugins to see if it gets fixed?

    Can you check your PHP log? look for the most recent messages, paste them here.

    Most of the times is located at the root of your WordPress directory, but that depends on your server configuration, if you can’t find it, ask your server support about it.

    I am tempted to redo the page, but would like to figure out what happened there.
    the page is still not loading or able to be edited. the rest of the site seems fine.

    Hi Josue
    I saw you were logged in as admin to my site last night – did you find the problem?
    I don’t really get the disabling of plugins, as nothing has been changed on the site and it was
    working fine for months. If I disable them, and then the site works again, does that mean
    I shouldn’t use the plugin? In the case of WPML – it’s the only multi-language plugin that
    is recommended, despite many glitches I have seen…
    Should I just rebuild the pages or is there a fatal error somewhere re: php memory?
    help!

    I tried making a new FILMS page from scratch on the english site, but it’s showing the same non-loading thing as this page:
    What could be causing this? seems like there is something blocking editing and loading on the english site. I saw there were errors in the Child Theme loading on my error_log from 26 June, but there are no errors on the log after that date – is that a problem?

    so I restored the site from a backup – needed it to be up and working.
    If you have any ideas about what went wrong or if there are issues I should look at,

    Hi Nancy,

    The problem is that all those logs are from a week ago thus making it harder to debug, i’d suggest emptying the log and if the error occurs again let us know immediately. I’lll leave this thread open.

    Do I need to empty the log on the server? It’s supposed to be showing me the latest 300 errors, so it’s strange that the last one is on june 26. I am looking at the right file, correct? Is there anywhere from within the wpadmin to see or set an error log?
