    Hi, please help me get the latest version of Enfold
    or to find a way to login to ThemeForest to download the Enfold update asap!

    The problem at ThemeForest is I can’t find the password (or matching email to reset it) for our user account.
    (The email is probably assigned to the old web master from years ago.)
    And I’ve written their support twice about it and haven’t heard back for days.

    Hi thanhcng,

    We apologize for the inconvenience however we really don’t have any control over that.
    As for the update problems, it wasn’t because of our theme but due to changes of envato of their API which is used for updating.
