    Hi Nikko,

    Actually the PHP version was 7.3.29 , I just updated it to 7.4version, same problem,

    then , lower it to 7.2, 7.1 same problem.

    Hi Alan,

    Thanks I could see this error in the error_log file:

    [29-Aug-2021 16:22:27 UTC] PHP Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to a member function get_cart() on null in /wp-content/themes/enfold/config-woocommerce/config.php:2192

    However, we do need admin access to see where the error occurs and verify if we made progress in fixing it.
    Also, can you give us steps on how we can reproduce the issue/error?

    What kinds of admin access do you need ?

    I remembered that after uploaded 3pictures to slider of front page , it occured this problem.

    Hi Alan,

    We need access to the WordPress Dashboard (wp-admin).
    If I look at the front of your site and the login page there’s no error showing up, so even if solutions are applied, we won’t be able to verify if it really fixed anything.

    Hi Alan,

    Thanks for giving us both admin and FTP access.
    I was able to see that there was an empty slide which caused the issue, I was able to remove it and it’s working properly now :)

    Though it’s chinese, it says many links are un-safe which I uploaded the images .

    Hi Alan,

    It seems like your favicon is being loaded via HTTP instead of HTTPS. Please go to Enfold theme options and change “http://…” to “https://” on favicon field.

    Also, this thread seems to be getting pretty long. For each question or issue you have, please start new threads under Enfold sub forum :)

    Hi,
    Thank you for your patience, this can easily be fixed by manually changing the url to “https://” and click “Save all settings” button at the top of the page.

    you do not have to use the “upload” button, you can manually enter the url to the image.
