    1. When comleted the first time installation, it showed “There has been a critical error on this website.” both on Themes editor page and front website page.
    2. The 2nd time, I reseted the wordpress then installed it, it showed the same words as above.
    3. 3rd time, I reseted wordpress and unistalled all the themes and plugins, then installed it again, but it showed the same wrods as above too!

    Anyone who can help me ?

    Also, FTP path seems to be incorrect. Please set path to root of your WordPress installation :)

    however, before installed Enfold theme, I used other theme from wordpress was working well.

    Then, how can I set the path to root of my wordpress installation ?

    Hi Alan,

    I tried that one but it only shows .ftpquota file as well.

    I will ask my teammates to check FTP logins, in the meantime, could you please enable debugging mode by editing wp-config.php file – https://codex.wordpress.org/WP_DEBUG so we can see what is causing the error?

    I have re-updated the theme and then updated your homepage and that helped.

    LayerSlider is missing and that is due to PHP ZipArchive extension. Please contact your hosting provider and ask them to enable PHP ZipArchive extension and then you can download LayerSlider sliders here – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/advanced-layerslider/#-manually-importing-missing-layerslider-images-of-the-old-demo-slides- and then import them in LayerSlider WP tab.

    Or, if my hosting don’t have PHP ZipArchive extension, then I cann’t use the Enfold theme correctly ?

    Download of files for demo Medical Demo didn’t work!
    You might want to try reloading the page and then try again.

    Please enable PHP ZipArchive Extension
    You can verify this in LayerSlider WP > Options > System Status (or go to the link in private content)
    You can request your hosting provider to assist you with enabling it in the cPanel.

    The reason for the error is this module is not enabled: PHP ZipArchive Extension
    It is a necessary module for importing the demo without it, importing demo would not work.

    No, no, I didn’t mean the LayerSlider ( I am still waiting for our host to enable the PHP ZipArchive extension).

    Demo Import is in the Enfold page it was normal to import the Demo before days.

    Hi Alan,

    I have replaced /enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-template-builder/php/class-shortcode-template.php file with this one – https://raw.githubusercontent.com/KriesiMedia/enfold-library/master/temp_fixes/Enfold_4_8_6_1/class-shortcode-template.php in Appearance > Editor.

    Our devs have fixed the issue and it will be included in upcoming version.

    But the LayerSlider is still not working .

    It seems like PHP ZIP Archieve extension is still disabled though. I attached a link in private content field where you can see that it is disabled. A server restart might be necessary :)

    There seems to be a WordPress database error showing up in the backend.
    Can you try to request assistance from your hosting provider to fix it.
    Also, can you provide us with FTP access? so we can try to debug the issue with posts/pages not opening.
    Just post the credentials in private content.

    Thanks for giving us FTP access, can you allow access up to the root of the site where wp-config.php is located? so we can enable debugging, it seems to only allow access in wp-content folder.
    Or you can enable DEBUG_LOG in WordPress, so we can atleast see the error.

    I could see the error logs and it seems the database is the main issue, you can login via cPanel and try to repair the database via phpmyadmin or you can request your hosting provider for assistance.
