    Received a call from a customer trying to process an order only to find out the following does not work.

    After updating my product site to the latest version of Enfold and appending the privacy policy consent checkbox for my login/registration forms, this prevents users from login in unless they acknowledge and agree to the privacy policy.
    1) The checkbox does not display from which users can check/agree
    2) Can’t accept therefore no one can login/register

    I have disabled this feature until it gets resolved.

    I’m testing on my STAGING server for now. Here’s the link to my dev website where these new features are enabled: http://silviafindings.staging.wpengine.com/ (hosted on WPengine)

    I have the same issue with the comment form……no checkbox displayed and can’t submit comment until acknowledgement is received….

    This is happening on two sites of mine….

    I have the same problems on my site. The consent checkboxes are missing on the comment and login form. The consent checkboxes are displayed as expected on Register and Mailchimp forms.

    Hi tremblayly,

    I accepted the cookies when I first entered the website, then I see these (in private). I filled out the form and was taken to the PayPal page.

    Please, describe in more detail how to reproduce the issue?

    and now see that the comment submission form is now working.

    Thank you for the link.

    I’ve decided not to force acknowledgement on login forms. Although I would like to do so on the registration forms, it seems this append works for both only, so I’ll leave it turned off. Perhaps in the future it could be split.
