Hi!
I am not very good at English, but I will try to explain my problem to you as best I can. I’m having trouble with my new image gallery. All the old galleries I could click on the images to display them full size. Now it’s impossible. It is a problem when I want to view the galleries using a smart phone because the images are cut. The lightbox does not work.
How can I fix it?Can you help me. I’m a photographer and if my client can’t looked my new gallerie it’s a really bad problem :(

Do you have a security plugin installed maybe? If so then try to disable that, or whitelist all countries. If you don’t have a security plugin then please try to reach out to your hosting provider to see if they are blocking some IP ranges.

RikardI don’t have any other plugin… just Yoast Seo. It’s not a security plugin. I will tried to reach my hosting provider.
New gallery seem ok on a computer but the images is scale on smartphone… I use horizontal gallery and i see on the forum that many people have de same problem then me.
Oook i will recontacted my hosting provider and send this picture… I’m discouraged :(
Which country are you from?
My hosting provider ask me to your IP adress to put them on the “white list”. Can you do that? I can’t work on my web site for almost 10 days.

Our team is distributed and most of us have dynamic IPs so whitelisting might not help :|

I have this problem only with you. :| I have friends in Alabama and Bresil and they can reach my website :( Recently i install “recaptcha” and Cookies consentement… Could it block you?

I was able to test your site, please check your horizontal gallery > advanced tab > link settings > Image Link > lightbox linking active
this is what adds the little icon to open the image in lightbox. I see your “Marie-Pierre” doesn’t have this but “Coeur de Pixel” does.
If this doesn’t help please include an admin login in the Private Content area so we can be of more assistance.Best regards,
MikeNo its not the problem… the lightbox is enable. If i decide to add a new picture at “Coeur de Pixel” after saving the change this gallerie became like ” Marie & Izaak”.
