    Hi, our library’s website is down today — the backend/admin are works fine and the footer even shows, but all content is missing and the default Enfold header is shown. When I tried to log into support, it says…

    “We are very sorry but it seems your Theme License has expired on October 7th, 2017”

    … so that seems wrong.

    Please help as soon as you can. If we just need to renew the license, no problem, but I need to know ASAP.

    It seems like your support period has expired. You can renew it on ThemeForest if you would like to start support threads on our support forum. Also, please make sure that you are using the latest version of Enfold which is currently 4.8.7 – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-update/ :)
