I started a thread yesterday sharing how my header was acting weird and none of the customizations were carrying through. I deleted the must-use caching plugins and it resolved the issue. Then later today, the same thing started happening only far worse. I went back to those must-use plugins and enabled them. Now all of my customizations are messed up. I was lucky enough to get an html copy of what the theme customizations are supposed to look like so you can see the horrendous difference. I don’t know if it’s the demo I uploaded originally or what. I have purchased this theme several times. I have deactivated all plugins. The must-use plugins have suddenly disappeared from the must-use tab on the plugins page.

None of the header looks right. The main content background is blue and should be white. The form is askew. The button colors are all different than what I’ve selected. The list of problems is too lengthy to list.

I can send the html copy via email if needed, so you see how nice everything is supposed to look. I was supposed to send this to my client today for review and obvioiusly I can’t. The login information is in the private content.

Can someone from Enfold please help. I have been having issues since I installed this theme on Tuesday. I have never had these kinds of problems with this theme before and have no idea how to fix them. I’ve had to postpone a client meeting until this is resolved.

    Thank you.
