    Thanks for contacting us!

    Could you please have backup for both sites and then post temporary WP admin and FTP logins here privately so we can update the sites for you? You do not need to pay us for it :)

    Hi Xavier,

    We have never received logins details from you so we have not logged in.
    However your website loads fine on my end at the moment. I am guessing your server could have been down temporarily :)
