    Hi guys, today I tried twice to update my site to version 4.8, but I don’t get the message that the update was done correctly, the site could not be loaded.
    I tried twice, in both the site was on hold but not loaded and displayed.
    To fix the problem I had to restore a backup.
    Have you encountered any such problems?
    I leave credentials for access in the reserved section.

    Hey cristinapizzato,

    We have not seen that happening on any other installations, no. If you need help with updating, then please share FTP login details in private as well, and verify that you have backups of the site.

    Hi,

    Thanks for that. I uploaded the new version of the theme, and I got the same results as you did. The problem is the SG Optimiser plugin, it creates problems when file compression is active in the theme. I turned that off, and your site works as it should after that. Please review it.
