Got this message from WP for the site
Howdy!
WordPress has a built-in feature that detects when a plugin or theme causes a fatal error on your site, and notifies you with this automated email.
In this case, WordPress caught an error with your theme, Enfold.
First, visit your website (https://mixitupmarketplace.com/) and check for any visible issues. Next, visit the page where the error was caught (https://mixitupmarketplace.com/wp-admin/) and check for any visible issues.
If your site appears broken and you can’t access your dashboard normally, contact your host provider (GoDaddy) – which I did, they said I need to troubleshoot through theme provider. When seeking help with this issue, you may be asked for some of the following information:
WordPress version 6.4.2
Active theme: Enfold (version 4.6.2)
PHP version 8.0.30
Error Details:
An error of type E_COMPILE_ERROR was caused in line 332 of the file /var/www/wp-content/themes/enfold-2/functions-enfold.php. Error message: Unparenthesizeda ? b : c ? d : e
is not supported. Use either(a ? b : c) ? d : e
ora ? b : (c ? d : e)
And within WP Admin, there is this ERROR MESSAGE at Themes:
Broken Themes – The following themes are installed but incomplete.
Enfold This theme failed to load properly and was paused within the admin backend. Resume DeleteI deleted this version and re-uploaded the Enfold zip file that I have, but it did not correct the problem. Please help –
JACKIE GAMBILLDecember 19, 2023 at 1:38 am #1428460Hey Jackie,
Thank you for the inquiry.
The error occurs because the site contains a very old version of the theme, which is no longer compatible with later versions of PHP. You will have to manually update the theme to version 5.6.9 manually via FTP. Please check the link below for more info.

IsmaelDecember 19, 2023 at 8:16 pm #1428524Thank you. I suspected that was (at least part of) the problem. I just purchased a new version of ENFOLD and when I try to install it on this site, I still get an error message (below). Can you help me? JACKIE GAMBILL

December 20, 2023 at 1:28 am #1428541Hi J-Gambill,
1. Login to ThemeForest and download the Enfold theme, right-click over the downloaded zip file and extract/unzip it.
2. It should generate a new folder, open it and look for the enfold folder
3. Right-click the enfold folder then zip it, here’s a tutorial on how to create a zip file in windows: https://www.howtogeek.com/668409/how-to-zip-and-unzip-files-on-windows-10/ (this should create enfold.zip
4. Use enfold.zip file to upload to the theme.Best regards,
