    Hello,
    I’d get a slight amount please you.
    I want to change my contact form.
    On the left side I want to have the fields name, address, phone / email.
    This is also not a problem, all provided at 50%.
    Now I also want to the right of the news have covered in several lines.

    Can you help me?
