    Excuse me for writing here, but it appears to be the only option without using an account.
    I purchased an Enfold license, I do have a purchase code, but I can’t log in to my account.
    I tried several times, but I get the message “Your password reset link appears to be invalid.”
    every time – even the very first time I created the account.

    Please, help
