Each a product is selected from a list of options, I keep getting this error message:
Please select some product options before adding this product to your cart.

I have scoured the Internet and can’t find a solution.
    Please HELP!

Someone said the issue is my theme.
I just performed an update and still no solution.

Please check the private section now.
I guess it was because I was just filling the private section and not writing anything here that the message keep getting lost.

    Hi,

Thanks for that, I can see the details and they are working.

About your problem; I get the same error on my end and I can see some error messages on the product page which are likely related, please see private. Could you try to deactivate all plugins except WooCommerce to see if there is a conflict coming from any of them? Also make sure to clear the cache from your caching plugin.

    Best regards,
    Rikard

    Hi,
    The problem still persists.

I mean I did all you suggested….. I don’t understand the private message about the codes….. Thanks.

    Hi,

Thanks for the feedback. I’m not sure what the error messages mean exactly either, that is why deactivating all plugins is a good method of debugging. I can see that you still have 2 WooCommerce extensions active. Did you try deactivating them as well? If not then do you mind if we have a go?

    Best regards,

I have done it. The problem still persists. This must be happening to some others than me.

    Hi g7,

The error happens when selecting an option for the product in the WooCommerce JavaScript on a product page. There is no Enfold in the picture here.

I would say, you should try loading a fresh copy of WooCommerce.

    Best regards,
    Victoria
