I guess it was because I was just filling the private section and not writing anything here that the message keep getting lost.July 14, 2017 at 7:51 am #821003Hi,
Thanks for that, I can see the details and they are working.
About your problem; I get the same error on my end and I can see some error messages on the product page which are likely related, please see private. Could you try to deactivate all plugins except WooCommerce to see if there is a conflict coming from any of them? Also make sure to clear the cache from your caching plugin.

The problem still persists.July 14, 2017 at 10:44 pm #821464I mean I did all you suggested….. I don’t understand the private message about the codes….. Thanks.
July 16, 2017 at 6:34 am #821908Hi,
Thanks for the feedback. I’m not sure what the error messages mean exactly either, that is why deactivating all plugins is a good method of debugging. I can see that you still have 2 WooCommerce extensions active. Did you try deactivating them as well? If not then do you mind if we have a go?
Best regards,
RikardJuly 16, 2017 at 2:21 pm #822020I have done it. The problem still persists. This must be happening to some others than me.
July 16, 2017 at 6:17 pm #822123Hi g7,
The error happens when selecting an option for the product in the WooCommerce JavaScript on a product page. There is no Enfold in the picture here.
I would say, you should try loading a fresh copy of WooCommerce.
Best regards,
