On my about page I have a section called OUR TEAM with 2 team members, below their image I have some contact info (phone number, email, linkedin,etc) , I need some guidance on how to build that layout, can i set up 1/2 and 1/2 then inside of a 1/2 have 1/4, 1/4, 1/4, 1/4? Is that even possible

If you want to nest elements then you would need to do that using shortcodes, please activate debug mode in order to see builder shortcodes: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/enable-advanced-layout-builder-debug/

RikardOk but is that the right solution for that layout? nesting elements ( 1/2 and 1/2 then inside of a 1/2 have 1/4, 1/4, 1/4, 1/4?) or do you have a better solution?
Also on mobile, the about us background does not cover all the contents. How do I make that background image cover the all the contents on mobile?
Update- I was able to put 1/4 + 1/4 + 1/4 + 1/4 into a 1/2 but the text is not aligning properly at the bottom.

What exactly is not aligning? As this is not offered by default using the layout builder, it up to you if you want to create these kinds of layouts.
