I cannot figure out how to contact you – you need to fix this as its crazy frustrating not to find an easy contact when their is an issue.

I launched our site a few weeks ago and literally started announcing it this week. All of a sudden, there was a redirect on the URL:
I get an automatic extension on my URL:’?avia_forced_reroute=1′

I searched your support and the advice was to remove the custom 404 from settings. I did that. Now my home page (https://milongamagnifica.com) shows not found. I found a lot of comments online about this same problem but the solution was to remove the custom 404??? Well that didn’t work and even after I cleared all the cache and tried on 3 different browsers all I get is what looks like a broken site.

I checked the pages list from the admin panel and I see the home listed but now it says “inactive 404 page (change)” – I have no idea what’s gong on but need this resolved like yesterday.

Everything was fine up until today and I did nothing at all to the site. I need to know what to do to correct this as we just launched a campaign to drive traffic to our site and get people to sign up for an event this weekend and now the home page isn’t working.

    Hey katiadiamond,

Sorry for the problem, I selected to use the 404 option again and selected the very top option which is not a page, and your site is returning a 200 response now. I’ve turned off the custom 404 page option again for you.

    Best regards,
    Rikard
