I adopted a WP website for a non-profit org and it has the Enfold theme and the Avia Layout Builder embedded everywhere. The editor is not working properly at all. I wanted to post on your forum, but it is asking me for a purchase code to register for your forums. I don’t have the code – it must have been purchased by someone who is long gone. HOW DO I GET SUPPORT???

Thanks for contacting us, our support forum is a paid service for licensed users, but I may be able to shed some light on your issue.
I assume from your post that your theme version is quite old such as v4.0.7 or earlier, and your WordPress version is up to date v5.2.x, In this case the theme will not work correctly because it’s not WordPress v5 ready, so you will need to update.
I will take a quick look if you send a link to your site so I can confirm my assumptions.
If this is true then you are in luck because today we are having a birthday sale and when you purchase a license you also get 6 months of support in our forum to get your site updated and running smoothly.Best regards,
