My previous webdesigner has apparently dropped off the planet and is no longer web designing. I have an issue: I’m getting an error on the products page of my website, and I’ve been told that it may be necessary to do a Theme Update. The problem is: I don’t have any of the information like API key or anything like that. I’m pretty much at my wits end here – I hate having errors on my webpage though – I can tell you that. Any help would be very much appreciated.

I checked your site but I do not see any errors and the browser console also is clean.
You have to be a registered user to get further support. Please try contacting Envato support and see if you can get any help with the API key.

Not sure how you do NOT see the error. I just purchased the theme. Apparently, I’m already updated to the latest version anyway, so that was a waste of $61. I have a new API key now.

I resolved by manually updating Enfold via FTP. Not sure why the updates always failed before, but it’s fixed now.
