Someone got into my website and hacked the mobile header. The mobile device header now says “cialis for order”. Can you help me locate where this is and correct this? Also, how can I protect my code, any advice?

I only have access to the website’s wordpress admin panel as I created this site for a client. Can you direct me to fix this through the theme and admin panel?

Please review your website now. I removed following from functions.php file of your theme – http://pastebin.com/ZpR2wN7s
Please also consider installing a security plugin
