Dear [Customer Support/Service Team],
I recently purchased a theme from your store, but upon inspection, I found that it is fully loaded with viruses. I conducted a thorough check using the VirusTotal website, which confirmed the presence of multiple malicious elements in the file. Below are the details of my findings:
Purchase Details:
Theme Name: Enfold
Virus Scan Results:
I uploaded the theme file to VirusTotal for analysis, and the results indicate that the file is infected with several viruses. You can review the detailed scan results using the following link: VirusTotal Report.
https://www.virustotal.com/gui/file/f9cedfc0cf2ac83aec796195f0c63f40d0a7131d1d9ee31d49f183752799436d
Key Findings:The scan detected multiple malicious signatures, which could potentially harm my system and compromise data security.
The theme file was flagged by numerous antivirus engines, confirming that it is unsafe for use.
Request:
Given the circumstances, I request a full refund for the purchase of this theme. I am no longer interested in using it due to the security risks it poses. Please process the refund at your earliest convenience and confirm once it has been completed.Next Steps:
Kindly remove the infected theme from your store to prevent other customers from encountering the same issue.
Please advise on any further steps I need to take to process this refund.
I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and look forward to a swift resolution.Thank you.

August 1, 2024 at 12:40 am #1463468And doesn’t it seem strange to you that almost all virus scanners(1/66), even very well-known ones, find nothing – only one of them gives an alarm?
i suppose it has to be a false positive result. BitDefender, McAfee, Eset, Kaspersky, Symantec etc. all highly recommended Scanners find nothing !
Who is VirIt ?My local scanners (Eset Smart Security Premium for PC and GData Antivirus on Mac OSX) do not find any suspicious files.
