    Hey Thomas,

    Thank you for the inquiry.

    Looks like an issue with the new post css management process. What was the version of the theme before the update? Do you actually see any issue with the site? Updating a page or post where a styling issue exists should regenerate the required css file and fix the issue.

    The site looks blank or is not yet configured when we checked.

    The front end of your site seems to be loading normally on my end at least. If you need further help, then please send us a temporary WordPress admin login and login URL so that we can have a closer look. You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply.

    Hi,

    Thanks for that. I see the fatal error on my end as well when trying to access the theme options. Could you share FTP login details with us as well, so that we can try to upload a fresh copy of the theme for you please?

    Hi Thomas,

    Thanks for providing FTP access, we have checked the files and it does not seem to have any issues.
    However, the issue maybe on the database, here is a similar issue: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/error-message-in-the-backend/

    Hi Thomas,

    You’ll need to login first in the cPanel, then go to Databases > phpMyAdmin, select the database that is connected to your site then find the wp_posts table, click on Structure (on the right panel) then edit ID and check AUto Increment.
    If you find the process a bit lengthy or complicated, you can give us cPanel access and post it in private content, once it’s fixed just change the password.
