Heading Font

Hello Kriesi,

Thanks for a great theme and support. I read the following ticket ##627691 and tried all of the steps but the following problem still exists:
The heading font ‘Bitter’ appears correct on Chrome however looks quite different on Mozilla Firefox and Internet Explorer (see image below)

Please advise how to correct this, PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:
– I have tried the steps highlighted on ticket #627691.
– Unfortunately the institution where I work has strict firewalls that prevent logging in remotely so I cannot grant access to the admin side. My institution can only ‘whitelist’ a specific IP address if you can provide that however I understand there are over 10 Enfold Moderators that work on tickets. Let me know what you would like me to take a screenshot of that you normally would use admin access to review if needed.

was there any custom styles added to the theme before this problem started?

Let’s try out a few things to check what is causing this issue.

1.
Please export your theme settings from Enfold > Import/Export

2.
Switch the predefined color scheme from Enfold > General Styling to different styles and let us know.

If the above don’t work

Lastly import any of the demo site from Enfold > Demo Import and let us know if you still face the same issue with the demo. Please note importing the demo will reset theme options.
