Whenever I make a change or add new content nothing seems to work properly. When I made a change to one piece of text in a subheader section the rendered color is black even though it is supposed to be white (shows as white in the editor and confirmed the correct hex in the color options). Additionally, the main header is now smaller than the others tagged with the same H2. I tried to see if it was just this section by copying a section that is displaying correctly but that did the same… as well as stripping the background image. I have had little to no issues with this theme over the past few years… however… something in a recent update has wreaked havoc. Please advise. Thank you!

Thanks for the login details, and sorry for the problem. Which text in particular are you having this problem with? Is it the text which begins with “AWARD-WINNING MDR”? All you styling seems to be coming from cached sources, please make sure that all the caches are cleared. You could try to temporarily disable the caching plugins as well, to see if that changes anything.

It also only appears when “update” is clicked. The preview is fine and the editor view is fine. Once update is clicked the front of the website is not displaying correctly. We have had additional issues (background not showing as others have mentioned) however we address these with custom CSS each time… this is not a long term solution. The style issue you mentioned was left alone so that you could see and example. We did not have this issue for the last year+ we have used this theme. Reading others on this forum it seems that others are having similar issues when making changes/updates to their sites.

Thanks for the update. Would it be ok if we temporarily tried to disable caching plugins for testing purposes?

Thanks for the update. The problem went away when I deactivated your caching plugins, and it stayed fixed when I activated them too: https://imgur.com/a/Kd4AlIN. The problem seems to be coming from Hummingbird, so if this problem should happen again, then please try to simply deactivate/activate that plugin.
Best regards,
