for a client of mine, HEB Media Productions, I get weird search results in Google, such as “File: https:/xxxx.nl/wp-content/uploads/2020/04/xxxxxxx.mp4 00:00.
This particular file is the video-background in the first content-section.Naturally to say, this is a poor listing in google’s search results and my client is upset with this listing. How do I improve this?

VictoriaHi Victoria, I actually already followed step 1 of the woorkup tutorial. Oddly, sometimes I find the mediafiles in the SERP, some other days I don’t.. it seems totally random at best. Any clue?
would you recommend to perhaps disallow media-files?
