Yes, it is possible. Please refer to this post – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/add-subtext-to-logo-replace-logo-with-site-title/. You may need some custom CSS to display it as you shown in your screenshots. If you need any assistance, please reply to this thread with a link to your website :)
