    Hi,

    not sure if I can decribe this correct.
    But my header used to shrink when I scoll down and a small version of it was shown on top of the page.

    Now it does shrink, and is sticky, but not really on the top of the page. There is still a gap and the rest of the pictures from underneath are shown.

    Looking for advice.

    Hi Franziska,

    You have an iframe at the top of your page. I attached a screenshot in private content field.
    If you have not added it, please try de-activating all active plugins and check if that helps.

    Hi Yigit,

    thanks for your fast response. unfortunately it didn´t help to deactivate the plugins. is there any other way to get rid of this iframe.
    i am orry but my experience with wordpress is still very little. so I would be very grateful for a detailed explanation.

    Hi Franziska,

    Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

    1. Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
    2. Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
    3. Click ” Create New “.
    4. Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
      ( do be sure that we have enough time to debug ).
    5. Click ” Submit “.
    6. You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.

    When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
    If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create a admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.

    Actually the space is everywhere. On desktop also and not only on mobile.
    Can we remove any custom CSS modifications to test?

    Hi Basilis,

    it seems that it is still not working correctly.

    There is still a problem with the header. There is a black box above it.

    Would you mind to please check it again. Does the temporary login still work? If not, I will do it again.
