Header not aligning with boxed layout, only covers half the layout?

Hello, I am having an issue with the boxed layout theme where my top header which includes the top bar, logo, and menu bar does not align or stretch properly with the boxed layout. The header is fine if the overall layout is stretched, but everything misaligned no matter which header layout I put as long if the overall layout is boxed. Included is the link to site, as you can see I don’t know what to do or know what wrongs? :(
