Header Menu Question

Hello…..I am trying to figure out how to stop the header menu from turning white when hovering over a particular menu items (except when using a transparent menu). Ideally I would like it to stay the same grey color and not to fade to white when hovered over. Also when the page is loaded I would like that menu item to stay grey as opposed to white. I tried to correct this problem using the enfold theme options but I didn’t see anywhere where the text should appear white when that page is loaded or when a menu items is hovered over.
