how can i get the menu showing the search container as shown in this sample?

Looks like you managed to center align the logo. I’m sorry but the screenshots are incorrect, they’re redirecting me to a 404 error page. If you post it again, we’ll be happy to assist you with the customization.

Please add following code to Quick CSS in Enfold theme options under Styling tab
.av-special-heading { background-color: orange; } body .av-special-heading .av-special-heading-tag { color: white; }To display search form as shown on your screenshot, please hire a freelance developer.
