I am trying to create headers/subheaders in the menu bar but when I create a page then go to add it in the menu area it adds a blank page but not the one I created.
I would like the Services tab to have the following subtabs:Billy Bounce Basketball
Individual Skill Training
Small Group Training
Team Training
Mentoring
Recruiting GuidanceHelp! What am I missing here.
I have provided a temporary login in the private content section.
Thanks,Bobbie
January 20, 2018 at 1:23 am #899910Also, do the newly created pages have to be public in order for them to populate under the Pages tab in the Appearance/Menu section? Only the “Coming Soon” page populates but it is the only one I have publically visible right now.

Sorry I don’t see a “services” item in the menu. Please include a screenshot to point it out.Best regards,
MikeJanuary 20, 2018 at 4:52 am #899973Hey Mike,
This is my problem. Every time I make a Services page the theme doesn’t choose the page with the information on it. The page will be blank so I removed it.
January 20, 2018 at 4:05 pm #900116Hi,
I think I’m starting to understand, your goal is to create a menu item called “services” and in that menu you would like these sub-menu items:
Billy Bounce Basketball
Individual Skill Training
Small Group Training
Team Training
Mentoring
Recruiting GuidanceIs this correct?
I was confused when you said that creating a new page results in a blank page, as this is normal.
But I now believe you are talking about your menus, please advise.Best regards,
MikeJanuary 20, 2018 at 4:21 pm #900120Yes, Mike, you got it. I have created a Services page that I want to use. I go to Appearances, Menus then Add Page. When I type in Services the page heading is created which I am thinking will be linked to the Services page I already created but it creates a new Services page that is blank. My question is why doesn’t the theme populate the Services page I CREATED instead of a new blank page.
Also, none of the pages listed come up in the field for me to choose from except the Coming Soon page. Is that because it is the only one that is published right now with the rest of the pages marked as private? I have added some screenshots to help you understand my question.
January 20, 2018 at 4:37 pm #900125If you look under the “All Pages” tab on the Dashboard I have created all the pages I want to include on the website. You should see two Services pages (one of them is headed Services (old)). The other one is the Services page I have created that I want to use. Like I stated when I go to add that tab on under the Appearances/Menu/Add Page tab it creates a totally new, blank Services page (not the one I created with pictures, text, etc.). I have tried this several times with the same result.
Also, the menu I am using is listed under Appearances/Menus/Previously Used Menu 5. Should I be listing these under Main Menu instead?
Hope this makes sense Mike.
January 20, 2018 at 8:07 pm #900172Hi,
When a page is set to private it can’t be added to the menu, I changed it to published, added it to the menu, and then changed it back to private. It is now working correctly. I added your other items to the service menu by drag and drop from the menu page, not the WordPress customizer. But the menu items were “mega menus” before so the sub-menu now goes horizontal, please see screenshot in Private Content area. If you want the sub-menu to be vertical move the items back to first tier position and uncheck the “mega menu” check box.
If you are unsure about this let us know and we will help.Best regards,

Jordan ShannonJanuary 23, 2018 at 3:05 am #901094Hi Jordan,
I did have one other question. When one of the demos from the Enfold theme is uploaded is it possible to bring in separate pages from other demos within the same theme? I don’t think it is as I have tried but the entire website style changes but just wondering.

January 23, 2018 at 3:11 am #901097One last question. How can I see the size of my website as I am creating it?
Thanks!
January 23, 2018 at 4:08 am #901117Hi,
When you import a demo it will overwrite your whole site. But you can copy pages from the demos using the Avia Layout Builder Debugger and copy the shortcode from any page. The shortcode is a block at the bottom of the editing page
You could create a localhost and download the demos for the pages you want, or if you only want one page let us know and we could send you the shortcode for it.As for your other question, I’m unsure what you mean, please explain.
Best regards,
MikeJanuary 23, 2018 at 4:41 am #901129Ok, great info. As for my last question. All websites have a size (depending on the number of photos, video, information, etc) right? I was wondering if there is a way to see how big my site is. . .6GB, 200GB? Does this make sense?
January 23, 2018 at 5:36 am #901160Hi,
To see how big your site is on your webhost, that is actual space it is using, please check your cPanel on your webhost.
To see how big your site is when someone views it, please test here: https://smallseotools.com/website-page-size-checker/
The difference is your site can be very large, but any one visitor is not downloading your whole site at once, they are only getting one page at a time.
Hope this helps.Best regards,

@BlueSolution Please open a new thread with the url to the page in question so we can take a closer look. It gets confusing when we are are working on more than one site per thread. Thanks for understanding.Best regards,
