    I am having issues trying to figure out how I can make the header fully transparent and hover over the first color sections background image.

    Hey Cacher,

    Try to add this code in Quick CSS (located in Enfold > General Styling):

    .header_color .header_bg {
    background-color: transparent !important;
}
