    Hi –
    On http://www.filevine.com, the header appears fine. However, on http://www.filevine.com/blog/ it has totally disappeared. It is not hidden in the page settings. We made the blog a few months back, and haven’t made any changes, but for some reason the header no longer appears? Any help appreciated!

    Please try de-activating all active plugins and check if that helps. If it does not, please create a temporary admin login and post it here privately

    Hey!

    Can you please try re-updating the theme, preferably via FTP and make sure to overwrite all files – kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/
    Currently some files seem damaged, overwriting them should fix the issue

    Hi Yigit –
    I tried that and it doesn’t look like anything has changed. I’ve also noticed that I’m not able to edit pages using the layout builder. There is a circle that just keeps spinning but nothing ever loads.

    Hi – I figured out the header problem. I am using a child theme and the header.php file must have had an error in it. Now the only issue I am having is I’m unable to edit pages with the layout builder.

    Nevermind again – deactivated all the plugins and there is some type of conflict. Thank you!
