    I’ve recently updated the styling on my website. The fonts that picked under General Styling are not changing when I view pages on my site. I’ve tried changing it by editing “All headers” under Advanced Styling but that didn’t work. I’ve tried changing to a different font, clearing my browser’s history and emptying caches, and I’ve tried looking at the site on a different computer. Still not showing fonts that I chose.

    Thank you for the inquiry.

    Which font did you select? We tried logging in but the default login URL redirects to a 404 page. Please include the custom login URL in the private field.

    Sorry about that. Please see private content – had to also change password.
    As for fonts, header = Arvo, body text = PT sans

    Hi,

    Thank you for the info.

    The required font files are not loading. Did you modify any template files in the child theme? Please make sure those files are also updated to the latest version. We tried to check but the Appearance > Theme File Editor is missing. If you can provide the FTP details, we’ll check the issue further.

    I hadn’t modified any of hte temples in the child theme. I ended up re-uploading the theme and that solved the problem.
