    1 / I would like to customize the color (on mouseover) “green” in the header.

    2 / Customize the police still in the header from the right side.

    1/ Je souhaites personnaliser la couleur (au survol de la souris) “green” du header.

    2/ Personnaliser la police toujours dans le header de la partie de droite.

    Please add following code to Quick CSS in Enfold theme options under Styling tab and adjust as needed
    1-

    #top .social_bookmarks_mail:hover a {
color: #fff;
background-color: #9fae37;
}

    these are default values.
    2-

    .social_header .phone-info { font-weight: normal; }
