Hi,
My header’s background image has stopped loading at the frontend although it still shows up in the preview.
After reading about it on this forum I tried adding this to Quick CSS;
.header_color .header_bg {
background-color:initial;
}
No luck though. I tried adding the !important tag, but still no luck.Any ideas much appreciated, as before.

JordanJune 17, 2016 at 4:17 pm #649861Hello,
Belated thanks for your reply. I’m just getting back to this now after a long pause.
I’m working from a localhost so can’t send you login details. But I’ve linked to a screenshot below to show what the front page looks like now, plus two from the ‘general styling’ section of the theme options. The first one shows the preview of the background image, which seems to be fine. The second shows the settings for the background image, including some css in the quick css section. I hope this can help.
Thanks again for your attention. Please let me know if there’s any more info I can send that might clarify things.
June 19, 2016 at 10:13 am #650376Hi,
It’s very difficult for us to be able to help you out if we can’t see the installation or inspect elements on the page, would you be able to upload it to a live server somewhere maybe?
Best regards,

I’ve uploaded the test site to a live server. Details are in the private section. Thanks!
June 19, 2016 at 8:50 pm #650483Hi,
Thank you for setting up the staging server.
1. Please backup the theme options/settings like the link colors, and other changes applied to theme options from “Import/Export”
2. Select a new predefined color scheme from ” Enfold > General Styling > Select a predefined color scheme” and save the changes.
3. Refresh the page and select the current theme back which is “Blue-Grey” and upload the background images.Let us know if this help resolve the issue.

June 28, 2016 at 5:28 pm #654316Hi,
Again, sorry about the delay in responding. I tried those suggestions but had no luck, I’m afraid.
Best wishesCaroline
June 28, 2016 at 5:29 pm #654317Actually most of the theme colours etc didn’t import to the live site from the localhost anyway, even though I used the import/export facility in Theme Options.
June 28, 2016 at 6:09 pm #654354Hi,
To move the entire site as is from localhost to a live server please use a plugin like https://wordpress.org/plugins/updraftplus/ or https://wordpress.org/plugins/duplicator/
Best regards,
VinayJuly 2, 2016 at 2:17 pm #656112I see it’s working now. I don’t know what you did but whatever it was, it worked! Many thanks for your help!
