Header background color

Hello,
this is not my first Enfold page. I want to recreate the following color setting for the header like on the first link in the private content.
(Header is one color – next line is another color…i don´t know how that line is called – “Du bist hier: Startseite / ….”)

In the new page i can´t recreate it, the background color stays the same in both lines…(second link in private content)
i compared the styling settings but i can´t find it.
