Tagged: header, transparency
Hello all. I have a question that I hope can be answered fairly easily. I would really like my header to be a solid color instead of having a transparency over the image I have up there. I have looked through the Enfold options and played around with transparencies, but nothing is seeming to work. I also went to the specific page and tried the layout options for the header, but still I don’t get what I am looking for. When I scroll down a little bit on the page, the header becomes white….how do I get it to be a solid color always?
Thanks in advance for any help you can give me.
Hey crealities,
It seems like you have already figured it out? :)
For future readers, please add following code to Quick CSS in Enfold theme options under General Styling tab
.header-scrolled .header_bg {
opacity: 1;
}
Best regards,
Yigit
Actually I have not figured it out. I tried your code in the QuickCSS, but it s still not working. I’d like for that transparency effect in the heading to be solid white. Any ideas?
Hi,
Oh sorry, i thought you wanted to change bit of transparency header has when scrolling down.
You can simply edit your page and choose to display non-transparent header – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/portfolio-item/intro-to-the-header-configurator/

Finally I am getting back to this….sorry for the delayed response. Is there a way to change the white background to black? I have searched and searched and am unable to find this option in the menus or in the CSS. I would really like a black background header.
