How do I run an update to 3.4.7? All my other sites have been updated but this one is still on 3.1.3:

Please try the following plugin to clear WordPress transients: https://wordpress.org/plugins/artiss-transient-cleaner/. If that doesn’t work then please update manually: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/
