    Hi, I can’t understand if the support for my enri’s subscription to kriesi has expired … I have a problem because it doesn’t work any kind of scroll on the site anymore ….
    I had a paid subscription to receive support but I can’t get more answers from any staff member nor to open a new topic …
    Can you tell me if my subscription is still valid or if I need to renew and how to proceed?

    there is something wrong, I have a license for a long time, and enfold is regularly purchased, but if I enter the key here, the message appears that is a license already in use by another account, “SORRY, BUT THAT ITEM PURCHASE CODE HAS ALREADY BEEN REGISTERED WITH ANOTHER ACCOUNT. PLEASE LOGIN TO THAT ACCOUNT TO CONTINUE, OR CREATE A NEW ACCOUNT WITH ANOTHER PURCHASE CODE.”
    who is using my license?

    if instead I enter teemforrest it’s all regular, hoenfold the section to download it and my license cjehe expires in 29 days!

    ok, but to get support now?
    I have so many problems on the website.
    – one of these refers to yoast seo .. seems to be not compatible with enfold but I saw that you have made some changes in the last update just for yoast, only that on my site it still does not work … I have already reported to the staff of yoast, and they replied that you know how to approve it … what should I do?

    I will always renew the support subscription if the support continues to be useful :-)
