    Hi,

    I had problems with my Hamburger menu formatting strangely on desktop. You fixed this for me but I just found that that menu on mobile isn’t wotking. My domain is http://www.enzie.com.au

    Could you please update Enfold to the latest version 4.6.3.1 – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-update/ and check if that helps?

    Thanks, Odd thing is that if I try to update via the Theme Options it shows it as up to date. I had this once before and I had to update via FTP. Why would this happen? See response below :Theme Updates

    Hi,

    Please contact your hosting provider and ask them to whitelist api.envato.com. They might be blocking it for security reasons.

    Could you also please try de-activating all active plugins and check if that helps? There is no error in console therefore i believe one the plugins is the culprit.

    Hi, I deactivated all plugins which allowed me to update the theme which fixed the problem. Thanks for your help
