While testing the mobile menu I’ve seen that it is not visible for some screen sizes.
I have no mobile device to test it, but by shrinking the browser window the desktop-menu disappears and the mobile menu doesn’t appear. After shrinking it more and more, the mobile menu gets visible.
The setting is “Activate for Smartphones and Tablets (browser width below 990px)”.
I guess there is a gap between <disappear the desktop menu> and <show the hamburger menu>.Would be nice if someone could help here.

Could you post a link to the site in question so that we can take a closer look please?

September 4, 2017 at 10:59 am #847654The main problem is that the website is not useable with a tablet or phone when just “No Menu” is displayed.
I have two screenshots now from an iPad. In landscape the menu is not visible.
I tried to switch the mobile menu for phones only by activating “Activate only for Smartphones (browser width below 768px)” – but with this the gap where the menu is not visible is even larger.
I would like to have a mobile menu where I put in a smaller logo with a whitespace below and the menu displays in the second row of the header, below the logo within the whitespace. By this the menu could be displayed on smaller screens and the hamburger menu would be neccessary only on screens with very low resolution.
The mobile menu has to pop up just when the main menu disappears, no gap allowed. I want to be able to adjust a certain width when the switch orrurs.- This reply was modified 7 years, 3 months ago by Ralf.
September 4, 2017 at 11:28 am #847670There is another thing I recognised by sliding the browser width: the logo pops up bigger when it switches to the mobile menu. Maybe it would be nice to have a mobile-only-logo like it is in other themes.

Yes, we do have a mobile only logo.
Here you goBest regards,
BasilisSeptember 5, 2017 at 8:14 am #847993Thank you Basilis,
I will do this asap.
Is there a possibility to switch off the mobile menu completely? It is better to have a bad menu than no menu.
Only as long as we don’t have another way to solve this …September 5, 2017 at 9:56 am #848012The logo – replacement code is working now.
It did not on a small screen on a pc but it did on a phone.
So that’s fine.- This reply was modified 7 years, 3 months ago by Ralf.
September 5, 2017 at 11:12 am #848042I now recogniced that the problem – no menu is displayed in a wider gap between desktop and mobile view – doesn’t occur when I switch the language to English. It only happens in German.
I exported all settings from English and imported them to German – and now it is working (after flushing the cache again).- This reply was modified 7 years, 3 months ago by Ralf.
September 5, 2017 at 11:30 am #848049Is there a possibility to compare the settings files to find the difference?
I really would like to know what the problem was.September 6, 2017 at 10:11 pm #848860Hi,
You can use a page like
