I have successfully made my color section half-width, but the color behind the section is not the same as the rest of the page. How can I change the color behind the color section to match the rest of my page background?

It’s halfway down the page here: https://pqa.nvv.mybluehost.me/services/
where the yellow house icon is. I’m trying to do a 60% white background at the color section over the light grey background of the rest of the page. You can see that the color section has a dark grey background though.
