Hello,
I am slightly concerned about how this rollout of Gutenberg as the default in WordPress 5.0 is going to affect sites on my multisite that are running Enfold. Will existing sites that are running enfold be automatically switched to Gutenberg? I have Enfold set as the default theme on my network. Will new sites on my network have gutenberg automatically installed and therefore Enfold will not work?
I read Kriesi’s post here about how we will still be able to use Enfold, but I’m still a little concerned to say the least.

Everything surrounding WordPress 5.0 is a bit confusing at the moment, I think it’s likely that once it’s actually out that the classic editor plugin will be installed by default so that if users who wants to use Gutenberg would have to actively deactivate that plugin. That means nothing should change on your sites in regards to Enfold, but this is just speculations from me at the moment.
We are currently working hard on being fully compatible with WordPress 5.0 before it’s launched.
