    Hi,

    I get an “Analysis Error” when I test the website on GTmetrix.
    If I change theme it does not happen.

    Moreover, the website loads slowly. This is happening after WP and theme upgrade.

    Hey studiotopo,

    Please deactivate all plugins one by one to check which one is causing this issue and let us know if this solves the problem.

    Already tested without plugins, the issue is still there.

    Only if I change theme everything works fine.

    Hi,

    If you are getting an error with GT Metrics tool I think it would be a better idea to contact their support, you could try a different tool otherwise. Pingdom for instance: https://tools.pingdom.com/

    Hi,

    I tested it with kriesi.at and other Enfold websites and it worked fine. So we can’t reproduce the issue. However, we can’t offer support for 3rd party tools/plugins, as written in our support policy. Please ask GTmetrix about this issue.
