When I test my site using GT Metrix it says I need to minimize redirects and there is a huge list. What does this mean? Here is a sample:

Are you display advertisement in your website? Those URLs looks like from ads providers (Google Adsense, for example).

Everything thta you are posting, is related to advertising services / google ads.
It has nothing to do with Enfold at all.Please check your plugins or maybe if you are hacked.
