    Hi, I’ve added the product grid for my shop and the image is blurry/pixellated on this page but not on any other. Please advise as my site is to sell photographic prints and this doesn’t look good!

    Hey glodesign,

    Thank you for the inquiry.

    You can adjust the default catalog image size from the Appearance > Customize > Woocommerce > Product Images panel. Look for the Thumbnail width field and specify the maximum width value of the catalog images in pixels.

    Hi Ismael. Thank you for your reply. I have already tried different options but to no avail. The image is fine, it shows as pixellated on the product grid. Something is happenning in there?

    Hi,

    Thank you for the update.

    The dimension of the image is now 600x450px. Have you tried to increase a bit? What is the original size of the image?

    Please post the login details in the private field so that we can check the dashboard.

    Hi Ismael, I’ve managed to solve the pixellated image issue however I have come across a couple of others.

    It seems fine on a desktop, but when I look at it on my mobile phone I have user issues I hope you can help me with;

    1. There is the word “clear” randomly next to the product box? It doesn’t seem to do anything…?
    2. The options box isn’t wide enough to house the text (print options)
    3. When you click on the print options box and it brings the scroll wheel up, again, the text doesn’t fit across the screen so is missing information off the end
    4. Once you’ve been on the scrolly product options, the page is offset and missing the left hand side and is zoomed in still.

    Please could you help before I start adding more products…

    1: sorry I don’t see the word “clear”, can you take a screenshot of it?

    4: do you mean after you select options and add to cart the page is off center?
