    With the zoom it looks like a hairdresser web page XD

    Any Idea to keep the pictures in full size?

    I have created you an admin account.
    The same zoom “problem” exist on the demopage http://kriesi.at/themes/enfold-2017/pages/meet-the-team/

    As soon as you press [strg] & [+] or [-] the images getting cut off.

    Hi!

    That is because modern sites and modern grids are designed to show the content of the site and not the images.
    WHile you increase the size, it focuses to show the text more and hide rest of the content.
