    Hi,

Try disabling all active plugins and seeing if the issue alleviates.

    Hi,

Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

    1. Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
    2. Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
    3. Click ” Create New “.
    4. Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
( do be sure that we have enough time to debug ).
    5. Click ” Submit “.
    6. You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.

When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create a admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.

    Best regards,
    Nikko

    Hi,

The settings look right, can you post us the details from the Google API Console please?

    Best regards,

Sorry for the stupid question, but how would I do that?

    #855887

    Hi,
I wanted to try debugging your page but I can’t add the debug function into your functions.php because your file permissions are not writable. This is the error at the bottom in the functions.php editor:

Du musst diese Datei beschreibbar machen, bevor du deine Änderungen speichern kannst. Weitere Informationen dazu findest du im Codex (engl.).

Please Fix File and Folder Permissions and Enable Avia Layout Builder Debug

    Best regards,
    Mike

How do I Do that and which file do you need access to? I will hapüpily grant you permission. Alternatively you could tell me which file and data you need and i will send it to you.

    Could you try again please?

    #858788

    Hi,
Strange, the file is still not writable, please provide ftp access in the Private Content area.

    Hi,
I was able to remove the rouge box from the end of your page by adding the debug to your functions.php Enable Avia Layout Builder Debug :

    [av_cell_one_third vertical_align='middle' padding='30px,30px,30px,30px' background_color='' src='' attachment='' attachment_size='' background_attachment='scroll' background_position='center center' background_repeat='stretch' mobile_display='' custom_class=''][/av_cell_one_third]

I removed the debug function from your functions.php afterward.

    Best regards,
    Mike
