Hello,
I suddenly have maximum problems with the page http://www.steuerkanzlei-armbrust.de. It works, but can not be edited anymore. I deleted all unused plug-ins and made all updates. Before I did the update of enfold, they still came to the page “welcome”. There was only the upper part of the Enfold to see, under the table boxes was nothing and a loading symbol was seen. Now after the update only a white page is visible. So I think that has something to do with the Enfold. Can someone help me? I attach some screenshots.
November 25, 2017 at 9:47 am #881537Hey m_reiprich,
Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.
- Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
- Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
- Click ” Create New “.
- Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
( do be sure that we have enough time to debug ). - Click ” Submit “.
- You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.
When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create a admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.Best regards,

Unfortunately, I do not know how to do that. That’s why I’ve created you as a normal user. Is that okay?

December 1, 2017 at 5:34 am #883691Hi,
Thanks for that, your server was throwing a 500 internal server error when I tried to edit your page. I deactivated all your plugins and it’s working again, could you check please? One of your plugins causing the problem.

No, the problem is still there. I just thanked for the description. As before, the page can not be edited.

MartinDecember 7, 2017 at 5:56 am #885926Hi Martin,
Ok, thanks for the feedback. Did you try to determine which plugin is causing the error though? Like I wrote earlier, the problem went away when I deactivated all plugins, so one of them is causing the problems on your site. You can activate your plugins one by one and reload the page in between to see which plugin is causing the problem.

RikardDecember 7, 2017 at 9:50 am #885988Hello Rikard,
with me and the customer, it does not work, it is unchanged. Even without activating the plug-ins. I have also tried with different browsers on the Mac and PC. Where can this problem come from? Was it with you immediately after the deactivate? By the way, I had already tried that.

MartinDecember 7, 2017 at 11:56 am #886029Hi,
I can see this error in the console (see private content), can you give us ftp access? so we can try to debug.

December 12, 2017 at 5:36 am #887712Hi,
We set the builder to debug mode. The home page is empty. There are no elements or shortcodes inside. I’m afraid that you’ll have to create the page from scratch. Or ask your hosting provider if they can revert the site from a backup.

IsmaelDecember 14, 2017 at 11:22 am #888825Hello,
I was able to restore the page, everything works. But I can only edit the page without plugins. As soon as I activate a plug-in (no matter which), I can not edit the page anymore. I have never encountered anything like this and have already built a few WordPress pages. Do you have another idea?

MartinDecember 16, 2017 at 3:45 am #889456Hi,
Please deactivate all the plugins then activate them one at a time to find the cause of the issue. We would like to check the dashboard again but the previous login credentials are not working. Please check it.
Best regards,
IsmaelDecember 19, 2017 at 2:18 pm #890502Hello,
I already wrote it down. As soon as I activate one of the plugins, the problem occurs. No matter which. I activate the password plugin again.
