    Editing the notification email message in Gravity Forms isn’t working when Enfold is activated. It works when I go back to the Twenty Seventeen theme.

    This happens on a lot of my sites, over and over. Would love it if you could find a fix. Thanks!

    I am afraid you’ll need to contact the plugin author for more info about the issue. Making third-party plugins compatible with the theme is unfortunately beyond the support scope we offer. Sorry for that!

    I think it would be in your best interest to chase this issue down with them – Gravity Forms is a very widely used plugin and it will impact you negatively if there are problems with it.

    I understand it’s outside the scope of support, but it would be a good idea for you to track down and help solve the issue anyway. Just a recommendation.

    Hi,

    We do have our contact form inside the integrated inside the theme, so Gravity form is something else yes :)

    Yes, and I think you should work with them to solve the compatibility issue. Gravity Forms has much better functionality than the integrated contact form. I highly recommend you track down and solve the problem.
